Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day back of house shift operations
- Ensure excellent food quality and strict adherence to food safety practices
- Train and mentor team members
- Create team member lineup, manage breaks, and assist in inventory management
- Champion of cleaning and maintenance of equipment in the back of house
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
