Kitchen Shift Leader – BOH (Back-of-House) – Chick-fil-A
As a BOH Kitchen Shift Leader, you’ll lead evening kitchen operations, ensuring that Chick-fil-A’s high standards for quality and food safety are upheld. You’ll play a critical role in delivering fresh, made-to-order meals that keep guests returning for the Chick-fil-A experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of evening kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Train and guide BOH team members, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A’s food preparation standards and service consistency
- Conduct quality checks, manage food inventory, and monitor kitchen equipment
- Assist in managing shift schedules and overseeing task delegation among BOH staff
- Act as a point of contact for team members regarding BOH concerns or issues
Requirements:
- 2 years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary training a plus)
- Familiarity with Chick-fil-A’s commitment to service and quality is preferred
