We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including counter and kitchen management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and restaurant management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in interviewing and training staff effectively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with banquet planning and execution is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
