Hospitality Specialist (Host, Food Runner, Busser & Pickleball)

Chicken N Pickle, a fun, active eatery is looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Specialist, to serve in a variety of roles, including Cashier, Host and Food Runner, Pickleball and Server.

The Big Dill: As a Hospitality Specialist, you’re the secret sauce that makes our guest experience legendary. You’ll be bouncing between greeting peeps, running food, hyping up pickleball games, and making sure every guest leaves saying, “Well, that was a cluckin’ good time!” We’re all about bringing the energy, saying YES, and making memories—whether it’s at the counter, on the court, or tableside.

Your Coop-erations (AKA Responsibilities):

• Greet and guide guest around property like they are like they’re your long-lost pickleball partners—big smiles, big energy, big dill vibes!
• Show your menu knowledge through taking orders, making recommendations, and ensure every meal is served with a side of awesome.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and a little flair—maybe even a chicken pun or two.
• Keep the pickleball courts running smoothly—Help guest navigate their reservations, maintain equipment and facilities, show guests how to play pickleball like a pro and cheer on epic rallies.
• Keep the space tidy and ready for action—pre-bussing, restocking, and making sure every detail is on point.
• Communicate with your fellow flock (AKA teammates) to keep service running smoother than a perfectly placed dink shot.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with a positive attitude—find a way to say YES!

What Makes You a Big Dill:

• You bring the hype, the hustle, and the hospitality—this isn’t just a job, it’s an experience!
• You’re cool with working nights, weekends, and holidays (because that’s when the party happens).
• You can juggle tasks like a pro and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• You don’t mind lifting up to 75 lbs (sometimes those kegs and pickleball nets need a little muscle).
• You’re eager to learn and willing to be cross-trained across different roles.
• You have or will get your Food Handler and Liquor Certification within 30 days of hiring.

The Coop Conditions (Work Environment & Physical Demands):

• You’ll be movin’ and groovin’ indoors and outdoors—rain or shine.
• It’s a lively, sometimes loud atmosphere with music, games, and high-fives all around.
• You’ll be on your feet, lifting, and making things happen!
