What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at Chief Executives Organization?
Full-time temp position with the possibility of permanent hire: Responsible for the successful planning and production of the organization’s marketing and communications materials. Actively assists the Director of Marketing to strategically manage the marketing department’s timelines and deliverables.
Essential Responsibilities
- Utilize Asana to develop and maintain the marketing production schedule
- Balance workload of staff and set timeline expectations for other departments
- Interdepartmental liaison to help balance workloads and set expectations based on due dates and travel dates of cross department team members
- Set up production schedule meetings with events and education teams to establish deadlines for upcoming events
- Drive efficiency by tracking workloads in Asana and assessing moving deadlines as applicable
- Focus on short-term and long-term planning, and resource allocation
- Drive quality through oversight of team timelines
Desired Skillset
- Experience using Asana in daily workflow
- Prior experience managing timelines and workflows for teams, including in other production management platforms, creative teams a plus
- Has a deep understanding of project flow and stakeholder maintenance
- Understands how to read resource capabilities and constraints
- Strategic thinker that anticipates roadblocks and demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exemplary time management and workload management
- Motivating member of the team
- Considerate individual that contributes to the wellbeing of the team and drives success by being a team player
- Experience with writing, editing, or other marketing skills is a bonus

- Reports to the Director of Marketing

- Has contact with CEO member event chairs and hosts, as well as vendors/suppliers
