This role is designed as a training pathway to become an Event Sales Manager, offering hands-on experience in client relations, social media management, and event design / production.Key Responsibilities : Client Experience Management : Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and guide potential customers through the creative sales process. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Sales Support & Administrative : Prepare proposals, keep projects on track with regard to budgets and timeline, communicating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders - clients, vendors, venues, and team.Collaboration with Creative & Production Teams : Support designers and production staff to develop and execute high-quality event environments.Business Development & Market Research : Identify new sales opportunities, stay informed on industry trends, and contribute to growth strategies under the direction of the President and CEO.What We’re Looking For : 2 years in a similar special events roleStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsFlexible and curious mindset with a passion for events and marketingBackground in social media management and content creation a plusAbility to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentProfessional background in one or more sectors a plus : floral, scenic design, audiovisual, lighting, graphic design, decor
