Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead with energy and vision? Our client is seeking an experienced Center Director to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and quality education for Baton Rouge Area children.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead with a vision for quality and manage adherence to state and local standards.
Develop and implement an engaging educational curriculum.
Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
Oversee all operational aspects, including budgeting, HR, and compliance.
Ensure a nurturing and safe environment for children and staff.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

4 years in an early childhood setting.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficient in finance and budgeting.

CPR and first aid certified.

Diploma in early childhood education or related field.
