Chief of Staff is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a reputable company in the North Kansas City area.
Responsibilities:
- Establish lasting relationships with customers built upon respect, diligence and care
- Follow established company guidelines and procedures to guide decision-making
- Retain existing and new customers within the assigned client base using a consultative sales approach
- Provide problem solving for customer issues
- Outbound calling to follow up with clients on P.O.s, confirmations, payments, etc.
- Enter and process sales orders, maintain updated inventory reports
- Maintain and update existing inventory reports and customer data, including contact information, product information, delivery statuses within Google work applications and other tracking systems
- Pull reports as needed in order to analyze customer use, buying patterns, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service related-work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with different levels of customer contacts and internal personnel
- Ability to manage time effectively, be organized and maintain attention to details
- Tactful problem resolutions skills and ability to analyze causes
- Proficient computer skills
