Job Summary
Chief of Staff is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist for a reputable client of ours within the Leawood area.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work with portfolio managers portfolio management systems
- Work with a trading software
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
- Setting up accounts and handling new account paperwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Use customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively
- Prepare reports and memos
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction levels
- Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and potential areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Ability to work well with others
- RIA experience would be great, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask
- Juggle timelines and time management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions
- Ability to navigate a portfolio management system Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
