Key Responsibilities:
- Conserve President's time (read, research, collect and analyze information as needed, in advance)
- Perform high-level administrative tasks such as prioritizing emails and phone calls, take stellar notes during meetings, calendar
- Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings to take notes and participate.
- Receive incoming communications and determine importance
- Respect and honor confidentiality with discretion regarding all sensitive matters
- Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines assigned by the President.
- Ability to function well in high-paced environment, performs any additional duties as assigned by President
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects as needed.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and any special functions as required by the President.
- Project Management: Take ownership of specific projects assigned by the President, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Technology Support: Provide technical support for a variety of tools, being the SME as those are implemented
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the executive support function.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, both internal and external, on behalf of the President.
