Job Summary
Chief of Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a client of ours within the Olathe area.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Scheduling travel as needed
- Shipping necessary tools for projects
- Heavy reporting
- Administrative tasks
- Putting together quotes and proposals
- Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation
- Ability to multitask
- Research project opportunities
- Facilitate communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clarity on project objectives
- Keep projects moving forward and smoothly
- Process and file information
- Perform time management tasks to prioritize workloads effectively and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative duties
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Small construction experience is required
- Project certifications are not required, but beneficial
- Advanced skillset in Excel
- Technical / software skills in : NetSuite & Monday.com
- AutoCAD knowledge [not required, but highly preferred]
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various collaborators
- Strong support skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
