Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of material ordering, project scheduling, and project oversight. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating projects from the time signed contract is received until start of project.
• Responsible for assisting Field Manager with coordinating projects from start of project until completion of project.
• Work closely with Field Manager to ensure all aspects of the projects are completed to a high standard.
• Place material orders.
• Create work orders.
• Schedule projects with subcontractors.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust project schedule as needed.
• Assist sales consultants with preparing proposals.
• Accurately navigate and enter job details in CRM software system.
• Follow up with customers.
• Provide project schedule updates at team meetings.
• Complete change order forms and present them to customers for signature as needed.
• Complete job information sheets and material sheets to submit for invoicing.
• Pick up material as needed mid-project and deliver to the job site.
• Ensure control of projects by managing priorities, conflicts, and risks.
• Effectively communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff.
• Balance the demands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy.
• Operate forklift.
• Assist with receiving material orders, counting material received, and stocking in warehouse.
• Assist with organizing material for upcoming projects.
• Assist with maintaining the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist Field Manager with project site checks, OSHA compliance sheets, customer satisfaction checklist, project completion photos, loading materials for subcontractors.
• Other duties as requested by Owner or Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Show initiative and think proactively.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the business.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
• Computer skills required.
• Lifting materials required.
• Must be able to lift and climb ladder and go on roof.

Hours and Payrate:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (6:30 am – 3:30 pm as needed)

• $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
