Pay: $20 - $22/hr DOE

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, guiding our customers through questions, hiccups, and the occasional “Where did that button go?” moment. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on providing fast, friendly, and effective support — all while helping improve CHIIRP by sharing the real-world feedback that only comes from being on the front lines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing top-notch support to our users via email, phone, and text (yes, we’re text-friendly).
- Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through our software like the helpful hero you are.
- Logging customer feedback like a pro so our product keeps getting better and better.
- Collaborating with our product and engineering teams when things need a little extra firepower.
- Maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction — and keeping the good vibes going strong.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles (bonus points if it was in tech).
- Familiarity with CRM software — or at least the curiosity to dive in and learn fast.
- A knack for clear communication, patience, and the ability to turn complex stuff into simple steps.
- A team-first attitude, a sense of humor, and maybe a favorite GIF or two up your sleeve.
