About the Company:
Naviron is partnering with a fast-growing startup that offers a business management software solution to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry.
The company is seeking an experienced Tier 1 Customer Support Technician to join their client experience and support team.
This is an onsite position, and candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
- Resolve basic technical and functional inquiries and provide accurate answers to customer questions.
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software platform and workflows.
- Support the onboarding team with customer onboarding calls and other onboarding activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or customer support role in a SaaS company.
- Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- HubSpot experience is a plus.
Benefits:
