Reports To
This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing. We don’t use a lot of fancy titles here, but you will report directly to all levels in the company from top to bottom.
Job Overview
This role focuses on building a nationwide program to engage and sample products to college students. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communities Manager to identify systems for effective communication and sampling, leverage social media and influencers to reach this audience, and drive growth on TikTok. Additionally, you’ll create and curate compelling content to enhance brand presence and connect with college-aged consumers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build out a program to engage and sample to college students at a national scale
Identify and integrate systems for sampling and communicating with college aged student audiences
Find best ways to reach these audiences via social media and influencer engagement
Find and implement methods for growth on TikTok platform
Qualifications
Professional or educational experience in a relevant role or internship.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Capacity to handle a variety of competing task in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of social media platforms from a content and follower growth mindset
