Position Purpose & Scope:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the Systems Integration Specialist will play a critical role in managing and executing system migration and integration projects, with a primary focus on transitioning to ADP and Salesforce CRM. Working with the MIS department programmers and the third-party software vendors, this position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, seamless system configuration, and smooth go-live processes. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, the Systems Integration Specialist ensures that the organization's technical infrastructure aligns with strategic goals.
Typical Duties:
- Manage and execute the integration and migration of systems, including ADP and Salesforce CRM, in collaboration with agency developers and third-party vendors and consultants.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify integration points and opportunities for improvement.
- Map, clean, and validate data for migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business needs.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and user roles to meet project specifications.
- Coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues during and after implementation.
- Develop documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of integrated systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to integration practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
