The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of programming for individuals on their caseload. The PC is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of Person Centered Individual Support Plan process as well as training of direct care staff in the provision of services derived from these plans.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Programming:
- Provide quality programming and services both in the facility and in the community.
- Develop and review meaningful and up-to-date curriculum for programs, as needed
- Develop an event calendar and work with partners to publicize events
- Train DSPs in the provision of services derived from the PCISP
- Supervise DSPs to ensure curriculum and objective training is being presented appropriately
- Oversee and/or provide instruction to individuals and develop activities which reinforce their goals and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,888.00 per year
