Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Program Secretary at Child & Family Service. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the goals of our programs and services.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus additional courses or specialized training in business or a related field. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and have good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Maintain accurate records, including case files and master cards, and keep daily records of staff absences and appointments.
- Manage office supplies, perform relief work for other secretaries as needed, and run errands as required.
- Have a valid Hawaii driver's license and a clear driver's abstract, and be willing to travel in personal or agency vehicle as needed.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
