Job Summary:
At Child & Family Service, we strive to strengthen families and foster the healthy development of children. Our statewide support, counseling, and therapeutic programs help individuals and families heal from trauma, prevent abuse and neglect, and break the cycle of generational poverty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned services in the CCSS Program.
- Ensure contract requirements are met.
- Provide backup support to direct service staff when needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain fidelity to the Intensive Home-Based Services model.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field, with at least four years of experience as a HOMEBUILDERS therapist and two years of supervisory experience.
- OR Master's Degree from an accredited school in psychology, social work, counseling, with two years' experience working with children and families.
- Master's Degree from an accredited school in psychology, social work, counseling, with two years' experience as a HOMEBUILDERS therapist.
- Supervisory and administrative experience is required.
- Experience working with at-risk families is essential.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
