SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Responsible for assisting all programs and departments with compliance related to training. Supports the Training Manager with development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's trainings. Conducts training as needed. Monitors program compliance to organization standards and identifies needs for training and mentoring. Participates in committees and meetings to improve quality of services through training. Supports the Training Manager in achieving the goals for the Training Department. Maintains the Relias Learning Management System. Maintains confidentiality and performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency - general major.
Other : Knowledge of instructional design / delivery, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
