Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, and at least three (3) years of project management.
- Applicants should also have a demonstrated knowledge of community organizing and coalition building practice, and experience engaging stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives around a common cause.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and versatile while keeping overarching goals and outcomes in mind.
- Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of partners to maintain relationships to advance collaborative work.
- Previous experience and proven ability in preparing and conducting training and developmental workshops for adults with effective results
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Proven ability to consistently meet monthly project goals/deadlines
- Possess the ability to start new projects and develop new policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey thoughts, ideas and concepts to others
- Knowledge of computer software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment and/or periodic physical examination, TB skin test, and complete background check every 24 months.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish preferred Must have access to a personal computer or laptop, internet access, and quiet workspace at home to work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following rules of confidentiality
- Ability to work with Independent School Districts, Non-profits Child Care Providers and Charter Schools.
- Provide direction and serve as the lead support to special projects such as CLASS, Pre-K projects, Shared Services, virtual coaching, etc…
- Build strong collaboration among project partners alongside community partners while keeping a keen eye towards designing best practices in coaching for the community
- Identify best and promising practices, systems and credentials for supporting outstanding coaching practices and supports
- Co-design with partners an approach and credential for building up master coaches across agencies and assessing the quality of coaching supports for early ed classrooms
- Assist with coordinating, planning, and implementation of all special projects that will assist in the support and development of quality for the Early Learning Field.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with executive and project level staff, capture meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure tasks are completed
- Experience drafting and managing partnership MOUs and data sharing agreements (agency, ISD, SBDC, Child Care providers, Charter Schools, etc…)
- Act as liaison between Child Care Management Service (CCMS) and Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
- Provide high quality individualized supports to owners. Analyze situations, and refer owners to the appropriate entities in areas relating to: Business plans, market feasibility, financial viability, operations management, and legal structures, etc.
- Coordinate processes of communication between mentors, consultants and the Child Care owners.
- Support intake, assessment, case management, evaluation methods and other documents needed for partnership with SBDC.
- Network and Build relationships with entities supporting small business growth and work with Child Care providers to help them understand how to effectively utilize Shared Services.
- Coach and serve as an advisor to owners, connecting them with appropriate community partners/resources.
- Enter information into the database system.
