What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator for Childcare Center position at Child Care Services?
We are looking for Child Care Administrator who can provide leadership to their staff and maintain a good relationship with parents. Train Child Care Staff and make sure that the facility and its employees comply with child care licensing rules.
Responsibilities are;
1. The day to day operations of the center
2. Knowing and complying with all state licensing rules and SUTQ
3. Training staff on and ensure their compliance with all state licensing rules and SUTQ
4. Arranging the daily schedule including teacher lunch breaks and call offs
5. Conducting Fire and Tornado drills
6. Communicating with families
7. Collecting payments
8. Communicating with the county regarding payments
9. Reviewing lesson plans
10. Setting up the classroom environments
11. Maintaining a safe and clean center to keep children and staff safe and healthy
12. Keeping staff and child files up to date
13. Tally and submit time cards
14. Give tours and meet with prospective families
15. Solve daily problems
16. Keep the peace
17. Assist teachers in signing up for training
18. Collecting and entering data for ECE grantees. Keeping and entering attendance.
19. CACFP compliance including meal counts and time logs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
