The ORR Department is ready to hire a Bilingual Lead youth Care Worker to join our team.
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to oversee the care and supervision of unaccompanied minors in a resettlement program, ensuring adherence to program policies and providing guidance to youth care staff.
As a lead ORR youth care worker, you are responsible for overseeing the supervision and care of unaccompanied minors, ensuring adherence to program policies, maintaining safety standards, training and supporting staff, and fostering positive relationships while promoting cultural awareness and inclusion.
Qualifications
To be considered you must have :
- Education must consist of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- English / Spanish bilingual capabilities required.
- Must have at least 1-year experience supervising staff.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must maintain all Agency and licensing training and certification requirements.
- Must have valid Arizona Driver's license, exhibit the ability to operate Agency vans and / or vehicles safely and be able to be added to Agency auto policy.
