Deliver individualized relationship-based intervention to children and their families in a school, home and/or community setting with a focus on social-emotional development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct service to children ages 0-10 and their families in the home, school, and/or community.
- Participate in weekly group supervision for a minimum of one hour a week.
- Attend staff meetings and training.
- Produce all required reporting, note taking, and billing of assigned children on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate and communicate with an interdisciplinary team including mental health specialists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, teachers and others involved with the assigned children.
- Always observe health and safety precautions.
- Ensure treatment areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist in program planning and community outreach efforts.
- Obtain required education and training in early intervention topics according to individual training needs and goals.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite
- Demonstrate ability to produce well written reports and documents.
- Demonstrate ability to engage in interagency and parent-professional collaboration.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team and independently.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent in early childhood or related health or human service field
- Two years’ experience in early childhood services, including work with infants, and young children, as well as children with developmental delays.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a family centered, collaborative way with parents and professionals.

Physical Requirements, must be able to:
- Ability to bend, squat, turn and move to respond and physically interact with children 0-10 years old.
- Lift at least twenty-five pounds.
- Effectively use a computer and telephone to conduct business.
- Travel occasionally for in-home sessions during the morning, day, and/or weekend hours.
