Our MDFT (Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy) program currently has two full-time openings. One opening based in New London and one opening based in Westbrook. We are seeking master's prepared, licensed Clinician (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT). This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Additionally, our ideal candidates would:
- Implement philosophy and objectives of the Agency.
- Assess, diagnose and treat clients according to current evidence based and/or best practice guidelines.
- Independently conduct comprehensive assessments, makes decisions, and plan client care.
- Perform tasks independently, consulting with supervisory team and peers as needed.
- Work with a diverse group of clientele.
- Document sessions and summary in electronic medical record database within agency-specified timeframes.
- Participate in general agency and model-specific training (including Risking Connection)
- Report suspected child abuse and neglect in collaboration with supervisor within the 12-hour time frame (verbally) and 48-hour time frame (written)
- Attend and participate in weekly supervisions
