BE PART OF A NEW TYPE OF URGENT CRISIS CLINIC THAT CONNECTICUT HAS LAUNCHED!
Child and Family Agency (CFA) is seeking master's prepared, licensed clinicians (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) for full-time positions at our new Urgent Crisis Center (UCC).
We currently have 2 full time (in person) positions available. One position is Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm and the other is a swing shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
These full-time clinician positions offer a hiring incentive of $10,000 ($5,000 to be paid at the start of employment and $5,000 to be paid after a successful 6 month probationary period).
This exciting new statewide initiative widens the safety net for children and families in CT. As an interdisciplinary team, the clinician will triage, stabilize, and assess children and youth experiencing a mental and/or substance abuse crisis. CFA offers extensive training and supervisory support to aid clinicians in achieving their professional goals.
Qualified candidates should have a flexible mindset, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team and have strong diagnostic skills using the DSM-5.
