Job Summary
The Lead Licensed Clinician (LLC) will oversee clinical programs and clinicians within our fast-paced non-profit behavioral health clinic. This role requires maintaining a caseload, providing supervision and consultation to clinicians, clinical team, and staff, and working with the Clinical Director to ensure evidence-based practices are followed. The LLC will also coordinate clinic staff professional development and training, intern/extern support, training enrollment, and evidence-based practice implementation oversight. Regular meetings with the clinical team will be held to discuss caseloads and address current issues.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and consult with clinicians, clinical team, and staff on evidence-based practices
* Maintain a caseload and provide psychotherapy interventions, health and behavior change, substance use treatment, and triage for appropriate level of care
* Coordinate professional development and training for clinic staff, interns, and externs
* Implement and oversee evidence-based practices throughout the clinic
Qualifications
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
* Licensure as a licensed clinician in state where position is located
* At least 2 years experience in mental health setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
