Key Responsibilities
- You will prepare and evaluate assessments, develop and implement social work service plans, and provide psychosocial assessments.
- Perform case management, coordinate casework intervention, and monitor social work service plans.
- Assist with administration, development, implementation, and evaluation of social work programs and policies.
- Conduct research and document according to departmental standards and regulations.
- Participate in departmental functions such as staff meetings, in-services, and committees.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in social work is required.
- Licensed as a social worker or clinical social worker in Hawaii.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
