Intensive Home-Based Therapist
Location: 4629 Aicholtz Road Cincinnati Ohio 45244. (Serves Clermont County).
Degree Required : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Licensure Required: LPC, LSW, or MFT - Must be licensed in state of Ohio
Hours : Full-Time (40 hours) with flexible work hours
Salary: $50,000 starting

Training and Certification:
- Therapists receive training to become certified in Multidimensional Family Therapy.
- Youth aged 12-19 with mental health challenges and risky behaviors that could lead to home removal.
- Trauma-informed and resilience-focused assessment.
- Crisis response.
- Individual and family psychotherapy.
- Service and resource coordination.
- Rehabilitative skill development to keep families together.
- Home/community-based model to reduce access barriers.
- Small caseloads for therapists.
- Teamwork approach.
- High flexibility to provide services at times convenient for families.
- Approximately 5 to 6 months.
- Multiple therapist-family contacts each week.
