To ensure your success our teams are made up of 5 case managers to one Supervisors to provide you monthly supervision and the guidance needed to ensure your cases move forward toward success. We provide foster care services grounded in the belief that the best place for children to grow up is in a family and the most effective way to ensure children’s safety, permanency and well-being is to provide services that engage, involve and strengthen families.
Case manager responsibilities include:
· Provide case management services to children in foster care and their families.
· Assess needs of children and families and plan services.
· Link children and families with community resources.
· Establish collaborative relationships with service providers and institutions that play a role in the family’s situation.
· Monitor family progress towards goals.
· Provide testimony in Juvenile Court regarding the best interests of the children/family.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a social service related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
· Child Welfare Employee License CWEL Certifications are required
· Experience working with children and families required.
· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
