The Child Protection Response Center (CPRC) is a non-profit organization established to provide prevention, assessment, treatment, and referral services for abused, maltreated, and /or traumatized children and their families in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. we offer medical exams and forensic interviews for children and dependent adults with allegations of abuse and/or neglect and child advocate services including support for resources and referrals. We also specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents with behavioral and mental disorders such as ADHD, ODD, aggression, anxiety, and depression.
The Program Manager position is responsible for enhancing the processes and infrastructure that allow CPRC to continue to grow and fulfill its mission. This includes management and evaluation of Center programs and services, providing community outreach, advocating for the Center with legislature, and fundraising.
The Program Manager works closely with the Finance Manager and Medical Director to discuss program operations, staffing, and program evaluation.
Primary Job duties include:
- Develop, manage, and support the implementation of programs and activities of the Center
- Implement and maintain tools to measure program effectiveness and overall client satisfaction with Center services
- Manage the program operations through the development and implementation of new innovative programs, establishment of new partnerships, and enforcement and evaluation of current policies.
- Develop community outreach on behalf of the Center and its services with partner agencies, community leaders, and government officials within the county and surrounding areas; serve as liaison with other government agencies, victim-related organizations, and community activists regarding victim services.
- Participate in activities to increase awareness and interest in community involvement with the Center
- Work closely with other community professionals to coordinate services and referrals for services
- Represent the Center’s purpose, goals, and programs through public presentations, educational community programs, and media communication.
- Provide leadership, management, vision, and best practice methods to ensure that the mission and core values of the agency are in practice.
- Develop, manage, and implement year-round activities related to individual and corporate giving. Take a lead role in cultivating and soliciting major gift donors and leading sponsors.
- Design and implement development strategy and plans to meet organizational goals and objectives, including an annual fundraising
- Coordinate and manage workflows for social media and other donor-centric and community-building communications to deliver a consistent message.
- Oversee the coordination of community outreach efforts through networking, collaborative partnerships, media exposure, and other opportunities that connect the Center to the broader community.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of special event planning and execution.
- Supervise assigned staff, which includes staff selection, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, providing training in proper work methods and procedures, performance evaluation, coaching and mentoring, and implementing discipline and conflict resolution procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategy and plan with program and service needs.
