We are seeking a Placement Coordinator for our office in Brisbane, CA. Work hours are 10:30AM - 7:00PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants who can start immediately are highly desired. This is an entry level customer service position in our call center.
General Purpose: Placement Coordinators are hired to perform an important function at CCC. They are responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner.
Basic Duties (but not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Identify matching substitutes in the employee pool and schedule staff by calling/e-mailing to ensure customer coverage.
- Respond to customer and substitute emails promptly.
- Enter and maintain client records, staff records, and job orders.
- Provide general information to customers and substitutes on company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assisting in miscellaneous office administration tasks.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- AA Degree or higher.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
- Basic computer skills including typing and mouse skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- The ability to communicate over a telephone, able to hear average or normal conversations, and receive information over a phone.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility of each Placement Coordinator at CCC.
