Education and Experience
· Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Director in a licensed childcare school / daycare center.
· Meets State Requirements for a State license as a School Director, preferably with a non-renewable certificate.
. Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Implements school established policies and standard operating procedures and systems to ensure safe, healthy environment in compliance with Franchise and State Standards always.
· Plans and participates responsibly in marketing and special events.
· Maximize occupancy of building. (Enrollment)
· Impacts change required for continual compliance and improvement.
· Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
· Manages budget in compliance with Owner’s guidelines.
· Represents School to public, community, parents, visitors and staff with professionalism and integrity.
· Attends/conducts meetings and trainings as directed.
· Consistently follows through and completes all duties and responsibilities as assigned in a competent and timely manner.
· Day to day operations in compliance with quality standards of the Franchise.
· Able to work flexible hours.

The School Director reports to the Franchisee/Owner of the School.
Pay: Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
