School Director – Childcare School in Spring
Education and Experience
- MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a School Director in a top-tier, franchise-branded childcare school.
- 6–10 years of experience in the childcare industry with a strong track record in leadership and operations.
- Meets state requirements for a School Director license, preferably holding a non-renewable certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with franchise and state standards, maintaining a safe, high-quality learning environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and increase enrollment to maximize occupancy.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement necessary operational changes to maintain excellence.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Maintain and manage the school’s budget within the owner’s financial guidelines.
- Professionally represent the school to parents, community members, and stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they align with the franchise’s quality standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility with working hours as needed.

Reporting & Compensation
The School Director reports directly to the Franchise Owner. Compensation will be around $50,000/year and it will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
