Description
Works under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer accomplishing and managing a variety of administrative functions relating to agency senior leadership; board activity; and administrative support for the CEO, and other duties that demand a high degree of attention to detail, deadlines and confidentiality.

The impactful work you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing their schedule, travel, phone screenings, memos, reports, community projects, and meeting room arrangements.
- Support the Board of Directors and committees with correspondence, scheduling, documentation, meeting logistics, and annual board manual updates. Collaborate with the part-time virtual CEO assistant and CEO to complete action items from meetings.
- Assist Senior Leadership on special projects approved by the CEO, including adoption record requests, correspondence, search assistance, and data gathering with the Quality Assurance Director.
- Manage conference registrations and travel arrangements for the Board and staff in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
- Ensure confidentiality of copy/fax machine documents, forward to recipients, maintain machine supplies, and coordinate with the Business Office for orders and repairs.

Requirements
- Must maintain all training requirements and other standards as required by applicable licensing, accreditations, contract, and agency guidelines.

- Ability to be supportive and maintain a positive attitude with all senior management team and other staff.
- Ability to deal with interruptions and minimize them as much as possible.
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and/or demonstrated experience in clerical work at a high level of responsibility that demands a high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Minimum of one-year experience or training in the process and etiquette of completing formal meeting minutes. Knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft software required.
