Position Summary:
As an Office Support Clerk/Family Mentor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, visitors, families and team members by generally being the first point of contact. Responsibilities also consist of tasks such as answering phones, filing, typing, faxing, scheduling appointments and other duties as needed
The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish, detail-oriented, hard-working, be able to multi-task, well organized, and have great writing and oral communication skills. Previous experience working with the public. Must have computer skills (i.e. Microsoft excel, outlook, and word). Respect the client’s rights and confidentiality. Be compassionate and approachable.
General Responsibilities:
- Duties consist of, but not limited to, answering incoming calls, greeting clients, email correspondence, and maintaining client files.
- Conduct 2 (3-hour classes a week with a minimum of 25 individual mentor hours.
- Provide Children and Family service information via telephone and in person to the general public, members of the professional staff and clients.
- Participate in outreach events to recruit new clients and families to serve.
- Verifying and updating demographics and client information.
- Coordinates administrative functions relating to our services and outside resources.
- Ability to independently set priorities and organize work task to meet deadlines,
- Track inventory of office supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and regulations.
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Spanish Speaking (Highly Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Highly Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1-2 year (Highly Preferred)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
