Executive Director

The Children's Advocacy Center of Franklin County and North Quabbin - dedicated to preventing and ending child abuse in our community - is looking for a visionary, experienced executive director with a passion for advancing our mission and attracting broad-based support while leading and supporting a deeply committed team.

As an organization that draw together multiple government, health, education, human service, and philanthropic partners to address the needs of children and families, we are seeking an executive director with an appetite for networking, making connections, and nurturing relationships over time; who approaches fundraising and grant-writing with energy and compassion, knowing what a vital story we have to tell; and who is comfortable getting up and speaking about our story to others. The executive director must also have sound financial management experience, a track record of effectively balancing multiple projects, excellent program planning skills, and a well-earned reputation for being a terrific supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• Passion for preventing and ending child abuse and exploitation; history within the CAC field a plus.
• 5 years of experience in human services administration and management, including work with a volunteer board of directors (preferred).
• A strong history of raising funds, excelling in grant-writing and administration.
• Demonstrated success with a collaborative approach to management, positive supervision and development of team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with capacity for building and maintaining relationships within the organization and community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and resourcefulness applied to fiscal management, development and implementation of plans, programs, and policies.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field, advanced degree preferred.

Salary & Benefits: $90,000-110,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience; benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
