Job Summary
Provide supportive services to those seeking relationship skills
Duties
- · Run workshops (evenings and weekends)
o Virtual and in-person workshops as assigned by manager.
o Purchase gift cards.
o Mail/deliver gift cards to couples.
o Schedule meetings/phone calls with participants.
o Planning catering for in-person workshops.
o Facilitate workshops as needed.
o Fill in for workshop childcare as needed.
o Keep client files up to date.
· Case management (basic)
o Complete Individual Development Plan forms with participants.
o Meet/call/text participants regularly regarding case management needs.
o Document and file accurate notes regarding participants.
· Data management
o Enter gift card agreements into data share drive.
o Enter gift card incentives into nFORM2.0.
o Enter attendance into nFORM2.0.
o Keep track of class participation and completion.
o Keep accurate records of gift card inventory/inform manager to order gift cards as needed.
o Filing all gift card agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field from an accredited college or university, and two years experience working with children and families; or an Associate’s Degree in a related field and five years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.41 - $16.54 per hour
