Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 - $76,000
Licensed Therapist: $76,000
Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
Work Location: Long Beach

Learn more about the Job:
The Therapist as the Coordinator of Care oversees the client's treatment during their participation in the program. Therapist takes the lead in facilitating treatment services to the client and their family. Therapist performs the intake, completes a thorough assessment of case, develops a Client Treatment Plan (CTP), and provides individual, and family therapy based on therapeutic goals. Therapist also coordinates adjunct services, both internal and in the community, to compliment therapy for overall development of client and family. Therapist monitors progress toward all goals and makes adjustment to services and goals as needed. Therapist collaborates with treatment team to determine termination of services and discharge plan. Therapist participates in Outreach & Engagement (O&E), as well as 24/7 crisis on-call rotation.

Experience
- Two (2) years direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed clients in an inpatient or outpatient health care setting (internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
- One (1) year case management experience preferred.
Education
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Childcare Counseling, Education or Development required.
- Licensed with either Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Registered Psychologist in active status with State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology required.
- Valid California driver's license
