All For Kids proudly is committed and supportive of complete pay transparency. The position of Receptionist will pay $19.24/hour. Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is: $19.24/hour - $22.60/hour.
Must have Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster.

Under direct supervision, provides clerical/secretarial support related to departmental daily activities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Types correspondence, forms, reports, flyers, etc.
- Answers telephone, takes messages and reroutes calls as needed.
- Greet clients and contact staff when clients arrive for appointments.
- Maintain and organize room reservation calendar for site.
- Creates and maintains files and records.
- Inputs data and maintains data base files as required
- Sends out and tracks various letters, records and documents.
- Fax prescriptions if needed
- Verify eligibility, verify service location, fill out request for services, enroll client in Exym and hand to intake coordinator for follow up
- Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients.
- Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, clients and visitors.
- Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities
- Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
- Previous clerical/secretarial experience
- Typing, word processing and data entry ability as determined by specific job requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working with children and families preferred
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
