Interested in making a difference in the lives of preschool school children? The Children’s Center is seeking anAutism Program Supervisor to manage and ensures best practice in the delivery of high-quality community based and school-based treatment services. Manages program budget and supports development of service opportunities and program expansion. Supervises school-based and community-based Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs). Ensures completion of all relevant documentation. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and contract/agreement requirements. Ensures reliability and validity of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming.

Applicants must be certified as a Behavioral Health Professional or be eligible for certification. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field. At least (two) 2 years related experience. Must have experience in Early Childhood Development and Early Intervention services with children ages birth to five. Must be detail-oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Experience with non-profit organizations preferred, including developing and managing programs and budgets and staff supervision and development preferred. Experience in practice of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and/or evidence-based intervention preferred.
