The Infant-Toddler Teacher provides services to children 6wks-3yrs inside an infant/toddler classroom. An Early Head Start Infant-Toddler Teacher works alongside a co-teacher to create a safe learning environment daily from 7:30a-3:30p.

- Must have a minimum of a CDA (Child Development Associate) with Infant/Toddler focus or a higher degree in the area of Early Childhood Education or a related field of study.
- Experience of at least 1 year in an Early Childhood setting.
- Self-directed and multitask oriented.
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects.
- Excellent leadership skills.

- Implement daily schedules including lesson plans and individual plans for infants and toddlers, routines, follow EHS Program policies and procedures, and provide quality care to children 6 wks- 3 yrs old.
- Maintains children's files and documentation with organization and confidentiality.
- Relational
- Builds relationships with parents and creates opportunities for parent involvement in their classroom and center.
- Communicates with families regarding their child(ren) and the services being provided.
- Works with co-teacher, center staff, program coordinators and community partners to support the work of Early Head Start
