What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHS Center Manager position at Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana?
Purpose of Position :
The Center Manager ensures the infant / toddler childcare center is operating in compliance of all local, state, and federal regulations. The Center Manager supervises center staff at multiple locations. The Center Manager must be able to foster a team approach among center staff and lead the team through modeling and monitoring to ensure quality infant / toddler services are being implemented.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Supervisory
- Ensuring classrooms are covered by assigned shifts to program aids and additional EHS Staff to guarantee ratio in classroom.
- Provides supervision and evaluation of assigned staff at multiple centers
- Provides guidance and oversight to staff through on-going monitoring
- Ensures infant / toddler classrooms have the appropriate assigned staff and schedules additional staff as needed
