Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities: Strives to achieve our Safety Vision of “No One Gets Hurt”. Works to prevent injuries and accidents; follows all procedures relegated to injuries and accidents if one should occur. Reports child injuries and hazards promptly to the Lead Teacher. Reports suspected child abuse or neglect to local child protective agency or abuse hotline as mandated by state law. Ensures accuracy and timely collection of accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures, including third party if applicable. Tracks accounts and follows up with appropriate people for unpaid accounts. Assists with P-Card reconciliation, reconciles receipts weekly, and compiles report monthly. Monitor, collect and tally Federal Food count sheets. Assists with data entry and various projects as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers by greeting visitors/parents and monitoring visitor access. Files correspondence and other records. Is able to showcase school/classroom offerings and conduct school tours if necessary. Answers telephone and provides information to callers or routes call to appropriate individual and places outgoing calls. Enrolls children and enters data on computer. Responsible for the children’s files and follow up with families on any missing items. Responsible for the collecting, reviewing for accuracy and maintaining attendance sheets. Other related duties as assigned by management. Regular attendance is expected and required. Responsible for daily cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, disposing of trash. Performs other related duties as requested by a member of management, and may be asked to work in classrooms when needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation ($21-$23/hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
