Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure the organization meets all Magnet designation and re-designation requirements.
- Plan, organize, and guide ongoing Magnet program activities, ensuring alignment with the Professional Practice Model and nursing goals.
- Collaborate with senior nursing leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate achievement of nursing goals in order to sustain Magnet designation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles, and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. They will be passionate about promoting nurse engagement, professional governance, quality, and performance improvement.
