Clinical Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our clinic, you will be responsible for independently performing the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating, and coordinating patient care.
- Utilize clinical judgment based on nursing skills acquired through formal and informal experiential knowledge and evidence-based guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care that meets the patient/family needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience required; at least 1 year job-related experience preferred.
- Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas required; BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association required.
