Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of children and contribute to a brighter and healthier future for all.Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our Technical Services Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IS infrastructure, with a focus on End User Computing Systems Delivery including MacOS management, JAMF Cloud, JAMF Connect, Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (Airwatch), and mobile device management configuration and testing. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IS infrastructure, with a particular focus on Apple devices, iOS / Android mobile device management and related technologies.Responsibilities : MacOS Management : Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of MacOS devices across the organization. Ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.JAMF Cloud Administration : Manage and maintain JAMF Cloud environments, including policy creation, software deployment, and system updates.JAMF Connect : Implement and manage JAMF Connect for seamless user authentication and identity management.Workspace ONE UEM (Airwatch) : Administrate and build the deployment, configuration and management of Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management for mobile devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.Mobile Device Management (MDM) : Develop and implement MDM strategies for both corporate and BYOD devices. Perform regular testing and updates to ensure optimal performance.Security and Compliance : Ensure all systems and devices comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.Rotating On-Call : Available for a rotating 1-week (24 / 7) on-call schedule to take ownership of EUC related incidents and requests during business hours and after-hours.Incident and Problem Management : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. Create user guides, knowledge base article and IS support team training materials as needed.Collaboration : Work closely with other IS team members, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. You will be required to rotate responsibility of 24 / 7 on-call coverage. How You'll Be Successful : WORK EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of experience in in systems administration with a focus on MacOS, iOS / Android mobile device management and related technologies.At least 1 year of personnel or project management experience requiredEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related work experience required.Roles supporting a specific software must demonstrate competency in the software used in their role. All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 180 days of employment. Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role.TECHNICAL SKILLSProficiency in MacOS management and troubleshooting.Extensive experience with JAMF Cloud and JAMF Connect.Strong knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM (Airwatch) and mobile device management.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.SOFT SKILLSExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONSRelevant certifications (e.g., JAMF Certified Admin, Apple Certified Support Professional) preferred.
