Primary Job Functions
- Duties
- Manages family client records for Homebuilders staff including new case set-up and follow-up on missing items.
- Processing and filing of case documentation to support program.
- Assists with identifying resources for families and children within region(s) of assignment.
- Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly reports.
- Participates in Quest activities.
- Assists in coordination of site visits.
- Provides coverage in regional office of assignment as assigned.
- Provide assistance to clients and other visitors in the office area .
- General.
- Perform other duties related to program goals and projects as needed.
- Display sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- Attend team meetings (in person or via virtual platform).
- Contribute to a positive, engaging work environment.

Job Qualifications
Education, Licenses & Certifications:
- Some college experience required; four-year college degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years’ office coordination experience is preferred.
Skills and Proficiency in:
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Applications as well as electronic data systems, report management, use of virtual platforms for meetings.
- The ability to problem-solve barriers while being sensitive to maintaining professional relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven effective organization and time management.
- Ability to use data for overall program improvements.
- Ability to work independently and maintain adherence to deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and other service providers
- Use of personal vehicle required to transport clients to resources deemed appropriate for services.
- Maintain a valid North Carolina driver’s license, adequate auto insurance, and have access to an operating vehicle to attend to CHS (Children s Home Society) business.
- Must pass a criminal background and central registry check.
