Summary
Support Services Coordinator for Homebuilders is responsible for the management of family records and administrative support for Homebuilders. These duties include the coordination of client records, data systems management, workflow, billing, and reporting activities.
Primary Job Functions
- Duties
- Manages family client records for Homebuilders staff including new case set-up and follow-up on missing items.
- Processing and filing of case documentation to support program.
- Assists with identifying resources for families and children within region(s) of assignment.
- Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly reports.
- Participates in Quest activities.
- Assists in coordination of site visits.
- Provides coverage in regional office of assignment as assigned.
- Provide assistance to clients and other visitors in the office area.
- General.
- Perform other duties related to program goals and projects as needed.
- Display sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- Attend team meetings (in person or via virtual platform).
- Contribute to a positive, engaging work environment.

Schedule Expectations
This position is a salary exempt job that will require some weekends and evenings work, along with working our standard scheduled week. The ability to work flexible hours is required to meet business needs. If working remotely, it will be required to be available by telephone and email during specified hours as required. Frequent travel required to conduct business-related activities.
