Description
The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We strive to empower children and families to achieve optimal health and well being. We are currently seeking a Program Director to work in our Crisis Residence .
Position Summary :
Under the leadership of the Assistant Executive Director for Clinical Program Development, this position will oversee day-to-day supervision and oversight of all staff and program operations to ensure efficient management of the OMH crisis residence and the future OMH community residence. Rotating on call responsibilities required.
Standard Hours : Minimum of 35 scheduled hours per week with flexibility as needed and on call responsibilities. This is a Full-Time, exempt salaried position.

Qualifications
MINIMUM Qualifications :
- Master's degree (MA / MS / MSW / MPA) or equivalent required
- 5 years experience in the mental / behavioral health and / or child welfare field
- Valid NYS Driver License in good condition as determined by the Agency
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment physical, PPD and drug screen and an annual physical and PPD.
